"Micheal was amazing to work with when we were buying our home. He helped us understand the entire loan process and patiently answered all our questions about interest rates, how to apply for the loan, and how to pay it back. He even worked with our real estate agent to make sure everything went smoothly. He was always available to help us, even on weekends and holidays. He kept us updated on how our loan application was progressing and made sure the closing happened on time. The best part was that, just before the closing, he was able to lower our interest rate, even though we had already locked it in! We are so grateful for all of his hard work and highly recommend him to anyone buying a home."

"When I decided to purchase a new home, I knew already that I would want Michael as my mortgage broker. He had helped me purchase my first home and the transaction was smooth due to his diligence and extensive knowledge and experience. My newest purchase was an estate sale with numerous complications as a result of actions or, more precisely, non-action on the seller's side. I would not have been able to close had it not been for Michael's advocacy and assistance. There's a considerable amount of pressure inherent to the home-buying process and Michael buffered it to the extent possible. He responded promptly, if not immediately, to every one of my numerous phone calls, e-mails, and texts and explained the terminology and process clearly each step of the way. His communication was open, honest, and precise and that's exactly what I needed to make the decisions that are best for me and my family. There's a difference between buying a house and buying a home, just as there's a difference between brokering and consulting and Michael understands that very well. While there may not be much humanity in business in general, I found it here."
